Having easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities like markets, schools, and malls makes my daily routine smooth and convenient. I'm grateful for the excellent maintenance standards in our society, which ensure that hygiene is maintained and any issues are promptly addressed. The good road quality outside the society is an added bonus, making transportation even more convenient. Having allotted parking space and visitor parking makes it easy for me and my guests to park without hassle. South-west facing flats like ours are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. Any issues within the society are promptly addressed, and maintenance charges are kept at a normal rate. read more

The society is situated near a highway, which has led to some traffic congestion, particularly due to ongoing metro construction. Autos are available from the society, but the frequency is very low. There is a lot of traffic on the roads near the society due to construction. In the morning, signals on the roads are often not working, which causes problems in crossing the roads. All modern amenities are available, but they are not maintained at all. There are a lot of leakage and seepage issues in the flats. read more
