Good things here

The area is strategically located and is just ten minutes away from railway station. Public transport is also very good as many buses, shared autos, taxis are also available any time of the day. There are very rare crime rates reported due to constant police patrolling. The societies here are guarded, no one is allowed to enter without a valid gate pass. There are security guards and cameras in all societies thus making the area very safe for women and children even during nights. It is a one stop solution for comfortable living as even the maintenance charges are nominal, good schools, colleges, restaurants, malls, banks are at a walkable distance. Many grocery shops and markets are at a walkable distance. The area is overall very clean and hygenic. There are a number of parks in the locality which are well maintained. Most of the societies have good lift facilities, gym facilities, clubhouse and a sitting area. read more

Things need improvement

There are a lot of traffic jams in the area during the peak hours. The condition of some of the roads is not satisfactory as a lot of potholes and cracked roads are common problems. Currently, metro and mono rail facility is not available. Both domestic and international airports are very far. Parking issues are very common for both visitors and residents due to lack of space. There have been frequent power cuts recently and they need to work on power backup arrangements. Water cuts are also a common issue and there have been fixed timings when there are water supply interruptions. Since there are a lot of new societies and redevelopment work happening in the vicinity, noise and dust pollution is a common problem. Some of the footpaths have been illegally encroached by street hawkers which leads to crowding and creates unhygienic surroundings. Other than these, the locality is very good due to the location, facilities available nearby and safety. read more
