The society was well-maintained, free from any problems of seepage or leakage. Connectivity was robust, allowing convenient access to all amenities. Public transportation options such as buses, autos, and taxis were easily accessible for daily commuters. There was no issue of water supply and garbage. Nearby, residents had convenient access to grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Adequate parking was available, offering ample space for vehicles. A spacious park was provided for children's recreation. The residents were friendly and generous-hearted. Communication and network services were good. read more

Things need improvement

The experience was positive, and connectivity was strong with easy access to everything. The only downside was the lack of amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool, which should be included. read more

Good things here

The society is well connected to the highway, providing easy access to the entire city. Hospitals, schools, malls, grocery shops, and vegetable markets are all nearby. Ventilation is good, and garbage collection is done daily. We celebrate all festivals together. read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes, the motor breaks down, and water supply is disrupted. Maintenance work is very slow. There are frequent issues with the lift, and people sometimes get stuck for up to 10 minutes. The generator doesn't have enough power to provide light to the entire society. Hygiene is also a problem, and there is waterlogging near the swimming pool area. The builder didn't fulfill the promises made. read more

Good things here

The construction quality of the flats was good, with no issues like leakage or dampness. All modern amenities were available. There were no issues with water or power cuts. The residents were nice. There was plenty of greenery. Security was efficient. The roads outside the society were good, and autos were available from the society. There was ample parking for the residents. read more

Things need improvement

There was no parking available for visitors in the society. Some gym equipment was slightly damaged, and better maintenance was needed for the gym. During summers, there were occasional issues with the lifts; they often stopped working. read more

Good things here

Public transport like buses, autos, and cabs is available at the society gate. There are nearby malls, markets, supermarkets, grocery shops, and vegetable markets. The ventilation is very good because the balconies and windows are properly constructed. People are helpful and friendly. read more

Things need improvement

There's no metro nearby, and the society is still under construction, about 70% complete. Maintenance is very poor. The swimming pool, clubhouse, and playground are small. The garden is unmanaged and dirty. Sometimes, garbage collection doesn't happen. read more

The play area was nice. Public transport is nearby, and there are markets, shops, and grocery stores nearby too. Ventilation was good, and the balconies and windows were properly maintained. All festivals are celebrated, and people are very helpful and friendly. read more

Things need improvement

The maintenance team was not good; they couldn't handle tasks properly. There's no swimming pool or clubhouse, and the gym is very small. Garbage collection doesn't happen daily. Although each tower had three lifts, none of them worked properly. read more
