Connectivity in the area is excellent, ensuring uninterrupted service 24/7. Nearby bus services add to the convenience of commuting. Water facilities are reliable and accessible around the clock, sourced from a borewell within the society. Power backup is also available to maintain continuous electricity supply. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. Residents enjoy well-maintained amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gyms, and kids' play areas. Hospitals are conveniently located within 100 meters, enhancing accessibility during emergencies. The society maintains high cleanliness standards with daily cleaning routines. Having lived here for 6 years, we have had a positive experience in the society. Celebrating festivals together with community hall gatherings adds to the communal spirit. Additionally, the availability of separate guest rooms enhances the convenience for visitors. read more
Things need improvement
The construction quality in our society is subpar, with seepage issues due to the age of the building, approximately 10 years old. Public transportation, such as buses, is available but inconveniently located about 2 kilometers away. Lifts in C-block and D-block frequently require repairs and do not function properly. Outside the society, there is a nuisance of street dogs, which creates inconvenience for residents. Issues related to pet dogs within the society also add to the inconvenience. Parking is problematic, with seepage problems affecting the parking area and causing further inconvenience. read more

The bus stand is conveniently close, and cabs and autos are always easy to find. The society is well-maintained with excellent cleanliness and plenty of greenery. There are parks for children, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a gym, and all the amenities you could need. The power backup is reliable, the ventilation is effective, and the air is clean and peaceful. Good things here
Transportation was good with easy availability of auto and cab services, minimal traffic, open parking for visitors and basement parking for residents, well-ventilated flats, well-maintained elevators, regular garbage collection, cooperative people, CCTV, and security. read more
Things need improvement
There was significant seepage in many flats including mine on the 11th floor, limited amenities with a clubhouse having only a pool and indoor games, a gym with very few equipment, and a play area that wasn't fully dedicated for children's use. read more

Good things here
I'm very happy living here. The society keeps everything very clean and the garbage collection is efficient. There are no problems with cracks or maintenance. The swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are all excellent and well-maintained. The connectivity is great too, so it's easy to get autos, cabs, and other transportation. read more
