The Apartment is between 68.0 and 134.89 square meters in size. The neighborhood is full of kind people and the parking space is ample. Transport facilities are good here. The construction is good and there is nothing to dislike about this place as the prices are reasonable and all the amenities are available at one place. Ample parking space but it would be better if it is covered. This project is at a very silent and calm place where you would enjoy living with your family happily. read more

Completely safe and secured for residents as CCTV cameras are there and only verified outside visitors are allowed to enter Roads have street lights, clean and hygienic because of regular maintenance and supportive management. There are many clean and well-maintained parks and inside roads with street lights and low pollution levels makes it a nice place to stay. Bus stand, auto stand, and other public transport facilities are easily available nearby and not just this there are no traffic jams in the area. read more

It is a great space for couples as you have plenty of them around. It’s the suburbs hence there’s not as much rush as that of most localities in Bombay. The homes are really well constructed and cross ventilation is a plus. You have restaurants and recreation spaces in close proximity.

The place is really budget friendly and within the reach of three stations. With the Fortis Hospital and DMart in close proximity, you can walk there at your discretion. We have places to worship and great schools around the area. The evening scenes are chill as you can head out for a walk or dining.
