The campus of this residence is so green and has substantial space for gardening. Over 17.79 acres of land this project is constructing with 80% of open spaces. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I will do meditation here every morning. The a huge space of jogging and walking track here. They proposed us to ad basketball court in this campus. They also offered us some extra conveniences like a swimming pool, kids pool, aerobic rooms, gym etc in near future. Construction is very good with the best fittings and fixtures of buildings and other structures as well. I think the upcoming project is highly recommended for all with lots of basic amenities. read more

I am a prospective inhabitant of this upcoming property and I'm yet pleased with their services and proposals for upcoming conveniences so much. I think It will give me a proper home-like feeling as well. The architects till now gave the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. The under constructed rooms have ample spaces to live and are well breezy too. Decorations of every room are very high integrity yet. Compartments will be coloured with distemper and floors will be designed with beautiful structures of tiles. They offered us attached balconies with every flats. The elevators are so fastest. It is a RERA registered project and have facilities of homes loans too. read more

The locality is quite preferable but there are some negativities that the authorities should be checked are, roads have not been maintained for decades which leads to the risk of major road accidents. And there is also a waterlogging problem facing by the people of the society after a heavy rain because sewage and drainage system has not been properly maintained. Indira Gandhi International Airport is about 50 km away from the place which is much disappointing for people. Except the NMRC buses, there is no other transport facilities in this area. Except for these, the estate is quite good for people. read more

This place has a lot of advantages of the sites which is much preferable for everyone. The place is well-connected to Noida-Greater Noida, FNG and Yamuna Expressways. Metro Station on Aqua Line is located at sector 148 is just 6 km away from this estate which gives a much location value. This place also has a facilities of NMRC buses are always accessible at Kondli Khadar Bus Stand. Schools such as KR Mangalam World, JP International, Greater Valley and Apeejay International School and hospitals like Yatharth Super Specialty Hospital and Kailash Hospital are so close to my future residence. read more
