Good things here
There are good schools and hospitals near by the society . this apartment is just minuts away from the highway so the connecticity is not a concern and easily accessable. Rooms are quite spacious and well designed attached with beautiful balcony. High security system in the society as cctv and mygated both the facilities has been adopted in the society. All the festivals are celebrated in the society overall socialism is good. Society is neat,clean and well maintained. All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,garden. gym etc. read more
Things need improvement
There is only one parking space available for the owner even that too needs to be purchase while buying house and there is no space for visitors parking in the society. Swimming pool is available only occasionally. There are lots of cockroach and rat issues inside the flats which is not even resolving even after doing pest control many times. read more
