The security in the society is reliable, ensuring safety for children. Various amenities are available within the community, including a swimming pool, two table tennis facilities, a 3000 square foot clubhouse, a community hall, a basketball court, a kids' play area, a walking track, and a garden. The residents are helpful and celebrate festivals together, fostering a sense of community. Situated in a prime location, essential facilities such as bus stops, metro stations, shopping malls, schools, restaurants, theaters, and ATMs are within 500 meters. The road functions properly, and ample parking space is provided. Maintenance is excellent, with frequent garbage collection and well-maintained elevators. Continuous water and electricity supply are ensured, with no cracks on walls and good ventilation throughout the floors. read more

Outside the community, street lights are not functioning properly, leading to reduced visibility and safety concerns for residents and pedestrians navigating through the area during nighttime. read more

Water facilities are very good, operating smoothly 24/7 compared to other apartments. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, football court, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. People in the society are very friendly and cooperative. Garbage collection is excellent, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Additionally, there is a designated visitor parking area in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance of around 200 meters from the society. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are expensive, around 4500 rupees. Schools are located approximately 2 kilometers away from the society. Additionally, the metro station is also quite far from the society, around 2 kilometers. There is also a traffic issue on the main road outside the society. These factors should be considered for the convenience and planning of residents within the society. read more
