Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro station is nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Gym is available inside the society. read more

Currently, we lack important facilities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, and a play area for kids. read more

Good things here

All modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, play area, and garden are available and well-maintained. Autos, malls, and restaurants are all nearby. There were no leakages in the flats. Sunlight properly enters all rooms. It's a pet-friendly society. Separate parking is available for visitors. The roads outside the society are wide. The people are very friendly, and it's a pet-friendly society. The society is very clean. read more

Things need improvement

There was a slight issue with the pipeline, which caused water not to be available 24/7. The power backup was only for common areas. There were some cracks on the walls. Due to the new construction, there was an issue with pollution. read more

Kalamboli is one of the key areas in Navi Mumbai, lying within the Raigad District in Maharashtra. It lies at the Panvel and Sion Highway junction where it is intersected by the Panvel Bypass, National Highway 48 and the National Highway 66 along with the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Kalamboli is known for housing the Navi Mumbai Police Headquarters along with the CIDCO Sewage Water Treatment Plant. It is also home to the biggest marble market in the region.
