I was worried as I had put in a life time of savings and broken up a chunk of my PF for the same. but even after 2 years they kept an office operational on site for after sales service and takes a personal interest. Minor repairs are done free of cost. The most satisfying part is that he is approachable, he has empathy, he understands the problems faced by the buyers and when you approach him with a problem in the house, he calls his men in front of you instructing them. He then tells you to call him within 24 hours if the complain is not rectified by his men. Frustrating Experience, it has been over a year and a half since I made this investment and the situation has not improved very disappointing experience despite numerous promises. One of the primary concerns is the pending Occupancy Certificate (OC), which is causing a great deal of uncertainty and inconvenience. This delay has not only affected my peace of mind but has also hindered my ability to fully utilize the property. Promised amenities, such as the gym, terrace garden have not been provided as expected. The absence of these amenities is particularly disheartening, as they were a significant factor in my decision to purchase this flat. Additionally, the maintenance of basic services like the lift, cleanliness as to there are lots of insects running in the house (cockroaches) and this is a major problem in all the flats residing in this tower, no pest control done till now, as they are waiting for the BMC people to do so and security has been inconsistent, causing constant inconveniences. The material used at the time of construction of this building was of very low quality, as a result there are leakages in the walls.
