Good things here

Groceries and vegetables were easily available. The society had a lift and no leakage issues. There were gym facilities and playgrounds with swings and rides for children. The people were friendly, and Navratri and other festivals were celebrated in the society. Additionally, there was a nearby railway station, and security guards were present for safety. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity was poor as autos were hard to find, and there was no nearby metro station. Additionally, the society did not have a swimming pool. read more

Good things here

The recent construction of new roads was a definite improvement in terms of accessibility, which was a positive development. Additionally, the continued proximity to the market area remained advantageous, offering convenience for daily needs. read more

Things need improvement

The flat I lived in had its fair share of challenges. Dealing with significant seepage issues was a constant struggle, requiring frequent attention and maintenance. Power cuts were another headache, despite the installation of a transformer to mitigate them. Security was a concern as well. While there were security personnel and gates in place, their enforcement lacked consistency. This became apparent when inspections weren't thorough, indicating the need for additional staff. The presence of street dogs was particularly worrying, especially after a tragic incident involving the death of a child. Finding street dogs inside the lifts was alarming and emphasized the urgent need for effective measures to address this issue. Sanitation standards were also below par, with cleaning services being inadequate and a lack of proper garbage removal. It all added up to create an uncomfortable living environment that needed immediate attention and improvement. read more

Good things here

There used to be a nearby grocery shop where you could buy goods, and there was also parking available for vehicles inside the committee. Festivals and cultural events were well-organized within the society. Additionally, the society had a good system for managing garbage generation, security cameras, and excellent fire safety measures in place. read more

Things need improvement

No malls or supermarkets nearby. we don't have buses and cabs facilities here. It's hard to get around because our area is cut off from the rest of the town. We don't have swimming pools, clubhouses, or any other facilities like that around here. read more
