The society of this residence is so green and has considerable space for gardening. The a huge space of jogging and walking track here. They proposed us to ad basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton court in this campus. The project is spread over a total area of 6.35 acres of land. Construction is very good with the best fittings and fixtures of buildings and other structures as well. read more

I am a future dweller of this upcoming estate and I'm happy with their services and proposals for upcoming conveniences so much. I think It will give me a proper home-like feeling as well. 2bhk and 3bhk flats are available here. The developers till now gave the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. Some negative factors that I have to include here that are many potholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this area as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by the local people as they reported. Damaged vehicles are placed on the road of Hiranandani Estate which create traffic issues also. read more

Eastern Express, Mumbai-Agra National & Bengaluru-Mumbai Highways connect Hiranandani Estate to Mumbai & Navi Mumbai which is much preferable for people. Also cabs and autos are easily available throughout the locality for that I can easily reach my destination in time. The distance between Hiranandani Estate and Thane Railway Station is just 9 km.
