Good things here

Connectivity here is good because of good roads, easy accessibility to autos and cabs. Water supply and electric supply was also okay, no issues regarding seepage or cracks. Water tank is also cleaned after weak. read more

Things need improvement

There were no amenities available, no gyms , swimming pools were there. Parking posed a major issue especially for me as i was a resident there, there were garbage facilities provided, i had to do it on my own. People here are not very friendly read more

Open space is there a lot in this project with so much greenery; you will love using walking or jogging track here. Then good security feature is there and full powers backup so no electricity problem.

It has all the elegance and style available in the affordable rate. Lots of greenery and peaceful ambience. Locality also peaceful. Safety level is good for family here. Mobile tower connection does not fluctuate.

Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network but construction noise is still there since project is coming up in phases. Area is safe and secure with some water logging in monsoon season. Overall the project is perfect to stay with family.

Working from home is breeze here. Everything within easy reach including hospitals, schools and also the supermarket. There are still many flats unsold and interiors are spacious enough with balcony. I am really happy with this new dream home.
