While several amenities are available, their maintenance has been neglected or has deteriorated over time. Many places have not undergone renovation in decades, and repair work is still pending in several areas. The power backup is inadequate, leaving residents vulnerable during power cuts. Living in a five-floor building without lifts can be quite challenging, especially when I need to carry heavy groceries or navigate the stairs multiple times a day. The plaster issues that occur occasionally can also be frustrating to deal with. It's disappointing that essential amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or play area are not available in our society. These facilities could greatly enhance the quality of life for residents. Having CCTV cameras installed only in the parking area leaves other parts of the society vulnerable to security risks. Dealing with leakage issues during the rainy season is particularly bothersome. read more

Living in this society is such a relief. I appreciate the effort put into keeping everything clean and ensuring that garbage collection happens on time. Dealing with the heavy traffic from Oberoi School can be quite a hassle for me. It's the main challenge we face in our otherwise well-maintained society. Although our community is great overall, the lack of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse can be a downside, especially since the society is relatively small. But despite these limitations, I'm grateful for the positive aspects of our community and the friendly atmosphere among the residents. read more

Lodha builders and Rahega developers are the major builders in this region. Goregaon railway station is situated within the locality. There is metro construction going for expanding the Andheri metro line to Goregaon on the western Express highway. Oberoi Mall is situated on the Goregaon East and is a famous shopping spot. There is no water scarcity in this locality as the BMC provides 24 hour water supply. Goregaon East doesn’t face any load shedding issues and if there is some maintenance work prior notice is given to the residents.
