Rental accommodations are common in areas along the OMR such as Sholinganallur, Velachery, Siruseri, and Thoraipakkam. It is a well-connected project with a good quality of construction done as the homes have a good ventilation system to allow sunlight and fresh air. Also, there are many hospitals and the connectivity is too good because you can easily book a cab that reaches this place without thinking twice due to the non-availability of traffic jams and traffic snarls. read more

Wadala is known for being one of the seven islands of Bombay which combined together form the great city Mumbai. Earlier Wadala was called Parel, Matunga, Dharavi etc. This place comes under Mumbai Municipal Corporation and covers the area of 6.52 sq. km.
