Good things here

The connectivity here is excellent, with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs. There is an open market nearby and also there are several schools. Maintenance is outstanding, they promptly address any issues, and I especially appreciate their efforts in garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, keeping our surroundings clean. The construction quality of society is excellant as i have never seen any seepage any where. Also the apartments are spacious with wider windows. There is a gym, a swimming pool and clubhouse and all are well-maintained. The neighbours are friendly and supportive and everyone helps each other out. read more

Things need improvement

I can't think of any issues with the connectivity, maintenance, construction quality, amenities, or neighbours. If anything does come up, it's promptly and efficiently handled. Overall, their experience here seems to be beyond satisfying. read more

Despite the excellent connectivity, good construction quality, cooperative neighbors, and clean environment, the society lacks adequate green spaces and parks. Additionally, the parking area is often overcrowded, making it difficult to find a spot. read more

Issues in the society are resolved quickly. There is no traffic issue near the society, and autos and buses are easily available. The society has enough greenery, no issues with leakage or seepage, and all modern amenities. The residents are cooperative, water is available 24/7, and cleanliness is well-maintained. read more

The metro station is not within walking distance from the society, so residents need to take an auto to reach the metro. The maintenance charges in the society are slightly high. read more

Hospitals are near the society, within walking distance. The bus stand is also available within a walkable distance, approximately 500 meters away. There is no pollution around the society. Water facility is available 24 hours in the society. Cabs are also available if we book Ola and Uber. The cleaning of the society is very clean and hygienic. read more

Power backup is not available in the society, and the power cuts are very frequent. The amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and children's play area are not present in the society. Additionally, the construction quality is not good, as there are leakages in the pipes within the society. read more
