Good things here

It is still in the builder's hands to manage and management is sensitive to the residents. more than 100 people have moved in and amenities are getting functional every week. This is a brand new lavish 3.5 bhp with 4 bathrooms and a big deck facing west (sunset clear view) read more

All new societies may have some teething issues. however they are getting resolved every day . the people who have moved in are making sure of that. We want to sell because we are moving to another city. read more

Kalpataru is one name I trust and hence I have invested in this project. The apartment sizes are good for Mumbai while the facilities are also top-class. Railway stations are nearby along with the airport too. I like the nearby shopping malls where I can comfortably spend my weekends as well.
