Good things here
There is no issues related to electricity and water because both water and electricity is provided 24*7 . The shopping malls , banks are nearby at walkable distance . The parks are well maintained and there are so many garden , trees in it . The market is just at walkable distance and essential shops are easily available . The problem is about the availability of buses because buses are not frequently available . The good hospitals , colleges and metro station is 6 km away from this locality . There are very less street lights in this locality but more police patrolling . There is more dust pollution due to improper roads . Additionally, traffic can get congested during peak hours, especially on the bridges connecting Pal to other parts of Surat.
