As an owner in this housing society, I greatly appreciate the excellent connectivity it offers. Having all essential services and facilities nearby makes life incredibly convenient. Things need improvement

There are areas that could use improvement from an owner's perspective. The maintenance of the buildings is somewhat lacking, with noticeable signs of wear and tear. Some buildings haven't been renovated, which not only affects their appearance but also raises concerns about long-term upkeep and property value. Moreover, the lack of amenities beyond basic parking is disappointing. The lifts are in good working order and well-maintained. There is uninterrupted 24/7 water supply and electricity. The roads outside are well-kept without any water logging issues. read more

Good things here

The area was very good, with proper roads and street lighting. Festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated. There was a nearby school and covered parking. The society overall was nice, with amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, badminton court, and garden. Being managed by Crystal Properties, there were no major problems. Garbage collection and maintenance were done on time. Security and CCTV were good. read more

Things need improvement

However, transportation was very poor initially, making it difficult to travel as buses and autos were not available. The metro station was about 7 km from the society. public transport is the main concern of the society thjat was not good. read more

Covered parking is available for vehicles, and a gym is nearby. As a former resident, I can confidently say that I was fully satisfied with my experience. The society had everything I needed, and there was no need to add anything else. Connectivity was excellent. Maintenance was prompt and efficient. The construction was solid, without any issues. Amenities were plentiful and well-maintained. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe, adding to the overall positive experience. Living there was truly comfortable and fulfilling. read more
