Maintenance costs are very good, and the upkeep of the facilities is also satisfactory. Connectivity is excellent, with readily available cabs and autorickshaws making it convenient for residents to book through online platforms like Uber. Power availability is reliable and respects the residents' needs. Water facilities are very good compared to other apartments in the area. Power backup is also available in the society. Waste management is efficient, ensuring timely collection of waste materials. Various recreational facilities are available, including swimming pools, gymnasiums, tennis courts, kids' play areas, and indoor games. Maintenance staff are responsive and readily available. Parking facilities are generally good, but basement parking can sometimes be congested. There are limitations on visitor parking. Overall, residents enjoy a friendly and respectful environment. read more
