The construction quality of our buildings is top-notch, with no seepage or leakage issues to worry about. Natural sunlight floods into our homes, and the ventilation is excellent, creating a pleasant living environment. Hygiene and cleanliness are priorities here, and it shows. The roads are in good shape, public transportation (autos, buses, and taxis) is readily available, and connectivity is good. The housing society is excellent in a lot of ways. There are no termite or seepage problems, and the buildings have superb plaster, fittings, and ventilation. The construction quality is outstanding. Every homeowner has a specific spot for parking, and everyone abides by the rules. The community supplies water and electricity around-the-clock. The neighbors are always willing to lend a helping hand and are really kind and cooperative. Elevators are installed, maintained, and a security officer is on duty around-the-clock for your protection. The appropriate separation of moist and dry waste is carried out during routine rubbish collection. There are clubhouse and gym available, and they are kept up nicely. The convenience is increased by the availability of stores, hospitals, and schools nearby. read more

Scheduled power cuts are not an issue as notifications are received in advance. Water is available 24/7, and the residents are very cooperative. There is sufficient parking for residents, and there are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flats. Maintenance charges are justified, and security is good. Autos are available just outside the society. The roads are well-maintained. read more
