Apart from groceries and snacks, this housing complex offers a grocery that sells fresh vegetables! It also provides fresh chicken and fish upon request! The pool is fantastic, as are the maintenance and security staff. A well-kept and secure neighbourhood

If you have a car, this is a good place to stay. It is a long distance from the city. For at least 2 kilometres, there is no restaurant or market. You must visit Panjim Market to purchase a variety of products.

Dona Paula is a secluded bay only few minutes from Panaji with a magnificent view of
the Mormugao harbor. This idyllic rocky tourist attraction lies at the spot where the
Mandovi and the Zuari Rivers meet the Arabian Sea. It is one of the most popular spots
on the itinerary of tourists visiting Goa. Dona Paula is nestled on the south side of the
rocky, hammer-shaped headland that divides the Zuari and Mandovi estuaries. It is an
ideal spot to relax and sunbathe. The Dona Paula monument is located on a small islet,
linked to the mainland by a small bridge and a quay. Also on the islet is the "Belvedere",
a Greco - Roman type of structure, from where one can view the Arabian Sea and the
River Zuari. Dona Paula is a former village, and tourist destination. It is today home to the
National Institute of Oceanography, and just alongside it lies the Goa University and the
International Centre Goa. It is also home to a number of hotels, small and large and the
luxury Cidade de Goa is situated in the area. Dona Paula is home to some of the top
industrialists and policy makers of the state. The Raj Bhavan of Goa is located near the La
Marvel Colony in Dona Paula. One of the most curious attractions in Dona Paula is a
whitewashed statue perched on the rocks near the popular ferry jetty. Sculpted in 1969 by
Baroness Yrse Von Leistner, there are different versions to its purpose of origin. Dona Paula
located on the beautiful and famous sea stretch that spans from Panjim, Miramar and Dona
Paula is a very famous area frequented by tourists. Goa International Airport is also located at
a brief driving distance away while the Karmali Railway Station is the nearest one.During the
tourist season Dona Paula transforms into a crowded stretch which is otherwise a calm
