The neighbourhood was well-known for its fish market. There are numerous temples nearby, as well as numerous shops within walking distance. A multi-specialty amateur government hospital is nearby. RICHE STREET is also within walking distance, particularly in the electronics world. Railway stations such as Egmore and smaller train stations are nearby. More trees encircled the area, making it incredibly calm. There will be no food delays because hotels are close and cab services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Very good transportation, medical amenities are available as Apollo Hospital is only 5 minutes away from this road, banking and restaurant facilities are also available, and Chennai Central Railway Station is only 4-5 kilometres away. There are many hotels and guest rooms for those who come to Apollo Hospital for treatment. The drinking water facility is the location's flaw. Also, the area is overcrowded, with little open space, and the footpath is limited due to merchants selling fruit juice and everyday necessities. read more

Greams Road in Chennai is a very good and beautiful place to live...ola and Taxis are conveniently accessible. There is an Apollo hospital within walking distance. There are various cafés and restaurants on the path. The route is completely encircled by trees, providing quite pleasant weather. There is no traffic congestion. People in this area are kind and cooperative; they assist people with transportation and rental concerns. People in my culture are also quite helpful; they tend to help one another, and the transportation from this location is excellent. The LIC metro station is the closest to my apartment. Poes Garden is one of the best residential colonies in Chennai, located in Teynampat. Because there are fewer residential houses, the neighbourhoods are usually not overcrowded. It also has many parks in the surrounding region that are properly maintained by its local groups. The roads in the neighbourhood are well-kept and link to all nearby marketplaces. We also have little pollution in this location due to the parks and trees that surround it. There are hospitals nearby such as Fortis and Apollo, so we can simply get to one in case of an emergency. This region is primarily residential, thus it is usually fairly tranquil throughout the area most of the time. read more
