Good things here

The management is helpful and responds very well when we have any problems; they are always ready to assist. Connectivity-wise, within 3 km, there are schools, a bus stop, supermarkets, and grocery shops. The road condition is good, and the street lights are working. There is good parking space, and amenities include a basketball court, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance-wise, they do proper cleaning and collect garbage on time every day. The lift is functioning well, and people are helpful and cooperative. read more

Things need improvement

There is nothing to dislike in the society. The community is friendly, the amenities are excellent, maintenance is top-notch, and the management is always responsive and helpful. It's an ideal living environment. read more

Security measures, including CCTV coverage, are reassuring, and parking facilities are adequate for both residents and guests. Stray dogs are managed well within the community. read more

The once-friendly neighbourhood atmosphere in the society seems to have shifted. Interactions with neighbours have become less pleasant, which is disappointing. read more

Festivals are celebrated very well in the society. The lifts are maintained, and cleanliness is upheld. The maintenance charges are justified, and water is available 24/7. The society has all modern amenities and no issues with leakage or seepage. read more

Things need improvement

When we lived there, local transport was available near the society, but we had to book cabs for further travel. Some residents in the society created a few issues. read more
