Good things here
There was power backup available and no issues with water supply. All festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated. Garbage collection was punctual, and cleanliness and hygiene were excellent. Amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area were available in the society. Public transport like autos and rickshaws was easily accessible, with a bus stop right in front of the society. There was basement parking available. Metro connectivity was nearby. Neighbors were friendly and cooperative. There were no issues with water logging or network connectivity. A Dmart was located just behind the society. read more
Things need improvement
The basement parking, although available, sometimes felt empty and deserted; it would have been better with CCTV cameras. Apart from that, everything else was going well. The society was located near a road and flyover, so people sensitive to car horns might have found it inconvenient. read more

Good things here
Facilities in the society building like gym, garden, club house, indoor game & outdoor game place is available in society. There are shops available inside the society premises for daily essentials. schools, hospitals, banks, AtM machine and malls are within walking distance from the residency. society is hygenied and well maintained, CCTV camera's and Lifts are installed and maintained well. Parking space was never a issue and visitor's parking is also available in the premises. People living here are educated and friendly amongst each other and festivals are celebrated together. read more
Things need improvement
Local Railway Station is far from the residence and in the peak hours we have to traffic issues alot. During rainy season the bathroom walls would leak and cause problem to members living there. read more

Good things here
I have been living in this soc since very long and it has been a great experience since. The society is close to shopping malls, hospitals, highways. Connectivity here is good because of sufficient parking spaces and autos, cabs easily accessible. I dont face any issues of seepage and cracks eithers. Everything here is well maintained and taken care of. amenities such as gyms, swimming pools and club houses are also available which caters to the recreational needs. People are also good here and they are very engaging and cooperative. read more

Sometimes, there are issues relating tpo drainage and water logging on the road outside the soc, apart from this, everything is good to go, I'm quitw satisfied by this society. read more

Good things here
The landlord is very cooperative and understanding. The lifts are well maintained. Cleanliness is up to the mark. There is enough parking available. Festivals are celebrated. The residents are good. There are no cracks in the flat. Public transport is easily accessible. read more
Things need improvement
Due to the ongoing metro construction near the society, there is a traffic issue, and as a result, the roads outside the society have deteriorated. There is seepage in the bathroom wall of my flat. The water available for drinking is hard, so I have to use an RO purifier. read more

Good things here
The bus stop is just a short walk away, and auto-rickshaws are usually parked nearby. The building offers all modern amenities that are well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and we celebrate festivals together. The place is clean, and there's constant water supply. The elevators are in good condition. read more

There's a bit of traffic near our building. I had some issues with water leaking into my flat.
