Good things here
The lift, CCTV, and security were okay. The construction quality was good. The rooms had proper ventilation and sunlight. There was no problem with waterlogging. The neighbors were friendly and cooperative. read more
Things need improvement
There were issues due to frequent power cuts in that area, and there was no power backup available in the society. We couldn't find auto rickshaws or any transport easily nearby, especially at night, which made it difficult for us to go out. There were no cultural events happening when I was there. Garbage collection wasn't on time, and sometimes, garbage would pile up in front of our rooms for several days. read more

this place is in very bad condition. the place is dirty and walls are built with no foundation. they are all breaking and it is a total mess. the feedback from people living here is bad.

this place needs so much work. The place is filled with insects and water seepage has made the homes look bad. The owner of the building is a fraud and money is wasted, no amenities provided.

this whole place is a big joke. I have bought a place here but got cheated. it is not lovable, people are moving about. we have wasted so much money on this place. the walls are chapped and place smells bad as sewage issue is there.
