Good things here

Nearby transportation options such as buses, autos, and cabs provide convenience for residents. The roads are well-maintained with streetlights ensuring safety at night. Timely garbage collection is a regular occurrence, and prompt assistance from electricians and plumbers is available when needed. Proper ventilation is ensured in all flats. The community celebrates festivals together, fostering a sense of unity among residents. read more

Things need improvement

There are issues with pet dogs in the society as some owners don't adhere to the rules, allowing them to relieve themselves anywhere. Additionally, there is no clubhouse available, and the absence of an emergency fire exit is concerning. Moreover, the metro is still under construction, impacting transportation options in the area. read more

Good things here

Transportation options such as metro, auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses are easily accessible nearby. Plumbing and electrical services are readily available whenever needed. Garbage collection is done on time. Proper ventilation is ensured in every part of the society. There is a spacious children's playing area. The society is well-spaced, and the residents are very friendly. read more

Things need improvement

During the rainy season, water logging occurs on the roads. Although garbage is collected from the building, it is often accumulated at the back, which is quite unsightly. While the society boasts amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, they are rarely operational. Furthermore, there is a lack of emergency fire exits. read more

There were two parks and a playground in the society. Maintenance was good, with regular garbage collection and hygiene upkeep. Facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security guards were well-maintained. Cultural events like Holi and Diwali were held, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Public transport like autos and rickshaws was easily available. There were malls, markets, and grocery shops nearby. The society offered both covered and uncovered parking facilities. read more

Things need improvement

The metro was under construction. The society didn't have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. The construction quality was not up to the mark, with issues like dampness in some flats. read more

Things need improvement

While the society scores high in connectivity, maintenance, construction quality, amenities, and community friendliness, it faces a significant issue during the monsoon season. Kaikhali is as an upcoming locality of Kolkata. Strategically located in the close proximity of the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kaikhali has been in the spotlight for its development. Well-equipped with an excellent rail and road network, the Real Estate market of the locality has come off age with time. Availability of affordable apartments, proximity to Highway NH-4 and excellent infrastructure has developed the locality. The two main roads because of which Kaikhali enjoys a good connectivity to other parts of the city are the Jessore Road and the Dum Dum Road. Moreover, to boost the connectivity of the place, the upcoming Daknishwar and Barasat metro line will be connected via this locality. Also, the railway station is situated on the Sealdah-Ranaghat line and the locality offers easy access to Babughat, Birati- Nimta Road, Jessore, Salt Lake Sector V and Cantonment Road. Jessore Road Railway Station, Biman Bandar Railway Station are the nearest railway station to Jessore. The presence of basic establishments has attracted many property investors to settle in and around this locale. Read More
