Connectivity is great, autos, cabs, rickshaw, everything is available. Society is well maintained and is well constructed. There is no water logging or water seepage issue. Amenities like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool etc. are avilable. Neighbours are also friendly and cooperative read more

Maintenance is on point in society, people are not facing any sort of issue in booking cabs or accessing public transportation. There are no issue of weak walls or seepage in the infra of the society. They have big enough play ground area . Cultural events are being celebrated in harmony read more

Good things here

The locality of the society is excellent as it is easily connected to Palang Bihar, and Dwarika. Local transport facilities are readily available, and there are schools ,market area and hospitals nearby. Bus services are accessible near the society. Inside the society, the maintenance system is up to the mark. Cleanliness is maintained daily, the security system is good, and there is sufficient water and electricity supply. During the rainy season, there are issues with leakage and seepage in the society. Additionally, the lack of a nearby metro station is a concern that needs improvement. The roads outside the society also require development as there are many sewers. The surrounding area could be better maintained.
