My parents live there, currenty main out of town hoon for studies. The society ka cleanliness accha hai, garbage is disposed on time. Balconies hain flats mein , ventilation accha hai. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks sab hai society mein. People are friendly & cooperative in society. Lifts are there in the society. read more

Connectivity ka issue, if you do not have your personal vehicle, aapko kahi bhi jaane ke liye auto lena padhta hai, and autos are expensive. Cabs aajata hai lekin odd hours mein dikkat hota hai. Metro bhi door hai , auto lena padhta hai wahan jaane ke liye. Seepage ka issue hota hai flat mein kabhi kabhi. read more

The society is well connected by road. Metro station is nearby the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. There are 2 banks and 2 ATM inside the society premises. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Water supply issues are not faced in the society. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. Power backup is available for 24*7 in the society. constructuion quality is very good in the Flats, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Table tennis, badminton court, banquet halls are also available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. The society is safe and secured, all the towers has got one security guard. Security apps are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Paintings are done on time. read more

For Drinking water the residents has to install RO for consumption of water. The quality of the water is avaerage that is received in the society as it is ganga water. However, sometimes some seepage and leakage are seen in the basement area, but it is maintained immediately. read more

The public transport was available outside the society , market area is nearby ,ola and uber are avaiable in the society,the maintenance charges are reasonable in the society, all amenities are there like gym , clubhouse, swimming pool in the society in a well maintained condition, the people are educated and decent read more

Metro is 10km away from the society, there is a ceiling and seepage issue in one of my room

Transport connectivity near the society is satisfactory, cabs and autos are easily accessible. There is a Market area near the society. Maintenance quality is excellent, with proper cleanliness. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There is no water logging issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Residents are very decent and well educated. read more

The constant movement of people in and out causes inconvenience, as the elevators are frequently occupied as having only two elevators may not be enough. read more
