Good things here

The maintenance is fantastic, with regular care and reasonable fees, which takes a load off my mind. The construction quality is excellent too; the walls are strong and they used long-lasting materials. There's a great variety of amenities that are kept in top shape, which makes living here even better. The management practices that create a gap between owners and tenants. Some residents act as if they're superior to others, which really disrupts the community harmony. It's unfair to treat tenants poorly, especially when they fulfill their rental obligations, and it creates unnecessary tension. read more

But I'm not happy with how the property is managed, especially with some older residents treating tenants unfairly. The social scene isn't very welcoming, making residents feel left out.
