The project provides good schools and educational institutions located near to the building.There are numerous food joints and malls in this area.Pollution can be the only problem faced in this area

The building is in a highly polluted area and the roads are broken and unhygienic.There is very rare patrolling of police in the area resulting in frequent crimes.Water clogs in the monsoon season.
