Continuous water and electricity supply, without any issues like water logging or mobile network problems, adds to the overall convenience and peace of mind. It's reassuring to know that any issues that arise are promptly resolved, and we have dedicated housekeeping staff to maintain our surroundings. The maintenance situation in our society is incredibly frustrating for me. The dysfunctional lifts and frequent breakdowns of the water pump make everyday life much more challenging than it needs to be. It's clear that there's a severe lack of effective maintenance going on. Moreover, having only a swimming pool as the sole amenity is quite disappointing. It would be wonderful to have access to additional amenities like parks or gyms to enhance our quality of life. And the issue of illegal parking in the area is a real concern for me. The society has excellent connectivity with a nearby metro station and easy access to various modes of public transport such as auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses. The roads are in good condition and well-maintained, with minimal potholes. Additionally, the people in the society are also very nice and�cooperative. read more

I feel that the maintenance of the society could be further improved. Additionally, the construction quality of the society has deteriorated significantly over time due to its age. Plaster is peeling off the walls, and the paint is deteriorating. These issues indicate that the construction has deteriorated considerably. Furthermore, while amenities are available, the swimming pool is not functional, and several other facilities are also non-operational. Additionally, there is no clubhouse�in�the�society. read more
