Things need improvement

The Sale Agreement registered by NATO Developers has mentioned that the common swimming pool located behind at NATO Equatorial Phase 1, the maintenance expenses should be shared by all members' viz. NY ATI PHASE 1 and NY ATI PHASE 2 comprising few towers. But NATO Phase 1 forcibly blocked usage of swimming pool for NATO Phase 2 society. Later a decision taken that NATO Phase 2 society will pay Rs 75000/ per month to NATO Phase 1 society for using the swimming pool. Also in a recent notice sent by NATO Phase 2 to members that NATO Phase 1 society has mentioned if there is default in paying Rs 75000/ p. m by NATO Phase 2 to NATO Phase 1 society then NATO Phase 1 will not allow members of NATO Phase 2 to utilize services of swimming pool, and they will also relinquish their rights to approach any court of law in the future. This is absurd, illegal and unwarranted in trying to stop common amenities to other members. The liberty and rights of a citizen and a member cannot be curbed by a society by a mere notice in not approaching courts for reparation. Also paying Rs 75000/ p. m. to NATO Phase 1 by NATO Phase 2 is too exorbitant and against the terms mentioned in registered sale agreement and is therefore violation of law. Expenses cannot be a fixed amount but on actual. How the members of both society ignored the clause mentioned in the sale agreement is astonishing and ridiculous. Otherwise, NATO Phase 2 is a well maintained society. read more
