Living in this society has been a wonderful experience for me. The connectivity here is excellent, with auto rickshaws and cabs easily accessible at a short walk from outside the society. Nearby, there are plenty of local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, making daily life convenient. Situated on the main road, our society provides easy access to transportation routes, and hospitals are conveniently located nearby. I'm grateful that we haven't faced any seepage or leakage issues, thanks to the good construction quality. Inside the society, we have fantastic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area, all of which are well-maintained. Parking space is abundant and spacious, which is a big plus. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene is a priority here, and our society is always kept clean and tidy. With timely maintenance of CCTV surveillance and elevators, security and convenience are ensured. What truly sets this place apart is the sense of community. The people here are friendly and welcoming, and we often come together to celebrate events and festivals. read more

The maintenance charges in our society are relatively high, ranging from 8 to 10k. Overall, it's indeed a wonderful neighborhood to call home, with everything well-maintained and readily available. At the moment, I don't believe there are any improvements needed. read more
