Devi Residency has excellent amenities like a huge kid’s play area, well maintained swimming pool and a garden. It is also located in a prime location which makes it close to supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and bus stops.

Devi Residency is a nice place to stay as the flats are really planned well and have good air movement. There is 24/7 security here along with CCTV surveillance. The apartments have power backup, and water supply is good.

The apartments here are really good, and overall it is maintained really well. There is an intercom facility, and the maintenance staff are really good. The park and the gym too are clean and maintained well.

We like the flats here, and the car parking provided is nice. The neighbours are friendly, and all the needed facilities are at a walkable distance. There is a kid’s play area, a gym and garden as well.
