Good things here

Society culture of this society is very good. It feels very good when all members of the society celebrate the festivals together, people are literally very good. Gyms, swimming pools , garden everything is provided and it is well maintained. no issues regarding water supply, electricals supply, etc. there are no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. Autos and cabs are easily accessible , parking space is also sufficient. read more

Things need improvement

Metro stations are available but it is half an hour away. Also, The maintenance team here is not good, the paint in the whole building was supposed to be done last year but it has not been done yet. Apart from this, everything is great in this society. read more

Good things here

Garbage collection was always on time, and cleaning and hygiene were well maintained. The society was well-ventilated, and the construction quality was excellent. There were no issues with water or electricity. The lift, CCTV, and security guard were well maintained. Nearby, there were hospitals, malls, and markets easily accessible. read more

Things need improvement

The society had covered parking available. All amenities were there, but nothing was working due to COVID. Festivals were not celebrated either because of COVID. read more

Gym swimming pool and other amenities are not available in the society. water seepage ka issue rehta hai kabhi kabhi. outside roads of the sicieyt ki quality kaafi kharab hai toh connectivity becomes an issue. read more

Since the society is on main road, the auto and cabs are readily available. There is a functioning pool and gym also the neighbors celebrate every event on time and happily. read more

Things need improvement

Major issue of cleanliness in the society, no body takes care of the hygiene in the society. There is a speepage and leakage issue in the basement, and the walls are chipping off. read more

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. read more

Metro connectivity is far from the society. The constructuion quality is very poor in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Wall quality is bad. read more
