Good things here

There has truly been a delightful experience for me living in this society, mainly because of the abundance of excellent facilities available. The public transport is easily accessible, with cabs and autos readily available, ensuring good connectivity. The well-maintained roads further enhance the convenience of commuting. It's convenient to have a school, hospital, and market nearby, catering to our daily needs. The efficient garbage collection and segregation system contribute to a clean environment. Wet and dry garbage is seggregated properly and timely. The elevators are well-maintained are clean. We have 24/7 water and electricity supply. Any issues that arise are quickly addressed. Flats are spacious and proper ventilation is provided. The spacious and well-maintained gym, clubhouse, and play area provide ample recreational opportunities. With 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance, we feel safe and secure at all times. The neighbours are friendly and cooperative, contributing to a harmonious community atmosphere. I also appreciate that pets are allowed, and there are no issues regarding them. Additionally, the provision of proper parking for both visitors and residents adds to the convenience of living here. Overall, the facilities provided make this society an ideal place to call home. read more

Things need improvement

Living here has been mostly great for me, but there are a couple of things that I think needs improvement. Firstly, there's some seepage and leakage in places, which is a hassle to deal with. And secondly, I've noticed that the construction quality isn't as good as I'd hoped in some areas. But apart from those issues, everything else is fine, and I'm generally happy with how things are here. read more

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very nice, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Markets, schools, hospitals are available outside the society there are markets. Quality of roads are in good condition. Parking is alloted to all the residents. Basement parking is alloted. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained, no such maintainance issues are seen. Garbage collection are done on time. Wet and dry waste are collected seperately. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Security guards are also available. Lifts are available. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. Ventilation is quite good in my flat. Sunlight is also received. Park and play area is available in amenities. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. Neighbours are very good in the society, they are educated and decent people, festivals are celebrated together. read more

Maintenance can be improved which I feel in terms of cleaning and hygeine. I have not at all faced any issues in the society, it's one of the best society to live in. read more

Good things here

The connectivity of my society is excellent. I can easily find auto rickshaws and cabs within walking distance outside. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, making daily errands convenient. Our society is situated on the main road, ensuring easy access to transportation routes. Hospitals are also nearby, which is reassuring. I'm fortunate that we don't face seepage or leakage issues due to the good construction quality. Inside the society, we have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area, all of which are well-maintained. Parking space is ample and spacious, which is a big plus. Hygiene is a priority in our society, and it's always kept clean and tidy. We have CCTV surveillance for security, and the elevators are maintained regularly. What really makes living here special is the sense of community. People are friendly, and we often come together to celebrate events and festivals. read more
