Good things here

The house is ideally situated just a 5 min walk , or approximately 750 m away from the Lingampally bus-stop.The location offers convenient essential amenities like vegetable market, supermarket, salon, meat shop, and variety of food places, all these amenities can be accessed within radius of 400m. The locality is very well maintained , the roads are clean and wide and is well occupied by the families. There is no history of crime recorded till date. There are no frequent power cuts nor the water shortage .The streets are safe to walk even after 9pm read more

Things need improvement

Unlike any other locality in Hyderabad , our locality also faces traffic jams on weekends. But I don't think that its an issue for us since we are very to close to the NH65 and the traffic jam can be bypassed through shortcuts. read more

It is also a part of the GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) and also the HMDA (Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority). It was earlier a part of the MEDAK District and is currently within the Sangareddy District. Based on the 2001 Census, the population of the locality stood at 52,586. Telugu is widely spoken in the locality. The area lies along the National Highway 65 and lies in northwestern Hyderabad. There are multiple industrial areas and residential clusters present here as well. The BHEL Township is also present here along with major IT and ITeS hubs.
