Sojat is a city, tehsil headquarter and municipal corporation of Rajasthan. It is on the Sukri River towards the left bank. It is mainly known for the Mehendi farms and their production. The city is located at 25.92°N 73.67°E with 257 metres of elevation. However, the whole city is on the Aravalli hills, one of the oldest in that region.
The city has 50,061 people living in 9,205 households. The sex ratio is almost 927 females for every 1000 males, with an average literacy rate of 66.7%, which is lower than the national rate.
