The nearest railway station Mandawali- Chander Vihar Railway Station, is about 7 km from the locality. As an industrial neighbourhood, Sector 9 is among the best places to live in Faridabad, and Greater Faridabad is only 10–12 minutes away. Daily necessities are close by and easily accessible.

In Faridabad, Sector-9 is a really lovely location. It is next to the bypass road and next to the future Sector-9 IMT (Industrial Model Town). It has excellent access to the Faridabad Metro Station.

In terms of sector connectivity, Faridabad has the best, and the roads are concrete. Numerous green parks, temples, schools, gurudwara, church, a market, a police station, and hospitals can all be found close by.
