Garbage collection is carried out on time, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Water and electricity supply is uninterrupted, providing residents with essential utilities at all times. Housekeeping staff are readily available for maintenance tasks, ensuring the upkeep of the premises. Any issues that arise are promptly resolved, contributing to a smooth and hassle-free living experience. CCTV cameras are strategically installed to enhance security measures. The lifts are functional and reliable, facilitating easy access for all residents. Stray dog issues are non-existent, as the society is pet-friendly and well-managed. Residents can enjoy various facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids within the society. The absence of guest parking within our society is definitely inconvenient and can be frustrating for both visitors and residents, particularly during busy times. read more

The quality of construction is commendable, with no issues regarding any infrastructure, including amenities like the gym, park, garden, and lifts. Everything is well-maintained and fully functional. Lift servicing is carried out on a timely basis, ensuring safety. CCTVs are installed in all areas, and guards are present 24/7 in the society. The maintenance team is excellent and promptly addresses any problems that arise. There is uninterrupted electricity and water supply 24/7. Allocated parking for both owners and visitors is available in the society. One of the best features of the society is the absence of power cuts. All functions, festivals, and get-togethers are conducted within the society, fostering a strong sense of community and social cohesion among�the�residents. read more

Things need improvement

There is no metro station near the society, and the nearby metro has been under construction for 10 years without completion. Railway services are far from the society, and bus services are not available nearby. Autos are also unavailable, requiring residents to rely solely on cabs for transportation. The build quality is poor, with walls in bad condition, experiencing seepage and moisture issues due to congestion and lack of sunlight. The city lacks a swimming pool, and there is an unpleasant smell from nearby sewage. Garbage collection is irregular, and an outside dump yard on the approach road is inconvenient�for�residents. read more

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. The location of the society is great, it's on the main road. Metro station is nearby the society. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Basement parking is available. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. Building quality is good, The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Residents are very nice and festivals are organised in this society. Other Amenities like swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. read more
