Just outside the society, residents have easy access to nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, making daily errands a breeze. Ample parking space is allocated to all residents, ensuring convenience for everyone. The society is consistently maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene standards upheld. Garbage collection is carried out on time, with separate collection of wet and dry waste. Water and electricity supply is uninterrupted, providing residents with essential utilities at all times. Housekeeping staff are readily available for maintenance tasks, ensuring the upkeep of the premises. Any issues that arise are promptly resolved, contributing to a smooth and hassle-free living experience. CCTV cameras are strategically installed to enhance security measures. The lifts are functional and reliable, facilitating easy access for all residents. Stray dog issues are non-existent, as the society is pet-friendly and well-managed. Residents can enjoy various facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids within the society. The community atmosphere is characterized by friendliness and cooperation, with cultural festivals and events celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among residents.
Things need improvement
While average road conditions aren't a major concern, having well-maintained roads is always preferable for safety and convenience. The distance to the metro station from our society can indeed be quite inconvenient, particularly for those who rely on public transportation. Construction quality issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues are worrying as they can impact our comfort and even our safety. The absence of guest parking within our society is definitely inconvenient and can be frustrating for both visitors and residents, particularly during busy times.

The quality of construction is commendable, with no issues regarding any infrastructure, including amenities like the gym, park, garden, and lifts. Everything is well-maintained and fully functional. Lift servicing is carried out on a timely basis, ensuring safety. CCTVs are installed in all areas, and guards are present 24/7 in the society. The maintenance team is excellent and promptly addresses any problems that arise. There is uninterrupted electricity and water supply 24/7. Allocated parking for both owners and visitors is available in the society. One of the best features of the society is the absence of power cuts. All functions, festivals, and get-togethers are conducted within the society, fostering a strong sense of community and social cohesion among�the�residents.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station near the society, and the nearby metro has been under construction for 10 years without completion. Railway services are far from the society, and bus services are not available nearby. Autos are also unavailable, requiring residents to rely solely on cabs for transportation. The build quality is poor, with walls in bad condition, experiencing seepage and moisture issues due to congestion and lack of sunlight. The city lacks a swimming pool, and there is an unpleasant smell from nearby sewage. Garbage collection is irregular, and an outside dump yard on the approach road is inconvenient�for�residents.

Adequate parking space is allotted, and parking regulations are diligently enforced by the society. The society maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a pleasant living environment for residents. Garbage collection services are prompt and conducted on schedule. Lifts are accessible and well-maintained, providing convenience and reliability for residents. The construction quality of buildings in the society is commendable, with infrequent issues such as seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Waterlogging problems are non-existent both within and outside the society premises. Various facilities and amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and children's play area are available and consistently maintained. Residents of the society exhibit a friendly and cooperative demeanor towards one another, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the society does not have a swimming pool, which may be disappointing for residents seeking this amenity. Traffic congestion around the society poses challenges for residents during peak hours. The existing CCTV cameras in the society are inadequate and may not be functioning properly, potentially compromising security measures.

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. The location of the society is great, it's on the main road. Metro station is nearby the society. Water logging issues are not faced, the drainage system is good around the society. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Basement parking is available. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. Building quality is good, The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Residents are very nice and festivals are organised in this society. Other Amenities like swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional.
Things need improvement
I've noticed some damp issues, but they're manageable for now. Traffic around our neighborhood is a real headache. The roads are in terrible condition, which only makes things worse.

Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. Maintenance of the society is excellent with cleaning and hygeine maintained regularly. Society has provided very defined parking space to all residents and no major issues are faced regarding parking. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Ventilation and sunlight is properly received in all rooms. CCTV cameras are functional. Security guards are available. Facilities and amenities like gym, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. People staying in the society are very friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
There are seepage issues in my flats, I can't say that the construction quality is good. Materials are not of good quality. Plasters comes out. swimming pool is not available in the society. Only small pool for kids but sometimes it is not functional. Only auto is available in public transport rest buses and rikshaws are not readily available.

Security measures are adequate, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas. The road infrastructure around the society is well-developed, with no reported traffic issues in�the�vicinity.

Overall, everything in the society is excellent and there have been no issues reported so far. However, the only drawback is that the railway station is located far away from�the�society.

The society is kept in great condition, with no leaks or damage anywhere. The amenities, like the gym and swimming pool, are well taken care of, showing how much the community cares about quality. It's easy to get to different places and services because everything is connected well. People who travel every day can rely on buses, autos, or taxis. Nearby, there are markets, stores, hospitals, and schools for everyone's needs. There's plenty of parking available, so it's easy to park your car. Kids love the big park where they can play. People in the community are friendly and welcoming. The internet and communication always work well, and there are cameras and elevators for security and convenience.

Society's upkeep was very well maintained and there was no issue with seepage and leakage. There was no issue with anything. Cctvs and elevators and also working properly.

I do wish we had a swimming pool and gym within the society. It would be a great way to stay active and unwind without having to travel far. Additionally, having a bus service would make commuting even more convenient.
