Good things here

Many of my office colleagues lived there, which was convenient for me. Public transport like autos and rickshaws were easily available, and the bus stop was also within 5 to 10 minutes from the main road. There were grocery shops and a local market around the society. The maintenance fee was _1500. Garbage collection and cleanliness were average. Cultural events were celebrated regularly. The construction quality was good; there were no issues like seepage, and the plaster quality was also good. read more

Things need improvement

However, there was no power backup in the society, so power cuts were problematic. The lift would stop working, and we had to climb up to the 17th floor by stairs, which was very difficult. There was a gym available, but it wasn't allowed for residents who rented their apartments. There was a play area, but it wasn't well-maintained. The overall maintenance of the society was not good at all. There was no metro station nearby. The quality of roads was poor, leading to waterlogging issues during the rainy season. The nearest mall was 8 km away from the society. There was no swimming pool available in the society, and the clubhouse, although small, closed down after some time. read more

Things need improvement

The absence of basic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, or nearby park does pose a significant inconvenience for me. Having these amenities within the society or at least within a more reasonable distance would greatly enhance the quality of life here. I do feel that the society should consider adding these amenities to improve the overall living experience for residents. read more

While my housing society has many positive aspects, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sharing autos are available near the society, which is conveniently located on the main road with good road conditions outside. Flats enjoy good ventilation, and water is accessible round-the-clock. Tenants face numerous restrictions in the society, leading to a lack of freedom. Many flats suffer from leakage and seepage issues. The amenities, including the garden and gym, are subpar and poorly maintained. Cleanliness standards are also lacking.
