Good things here
Many of my office colleagues lived there, which was convenient for me. Public transport like autos and rickshaws were easily available, and the bus stop was also within 5 to 10 minutes from the main road. There were grocery shops and a local market around the society. The maintenance fee was _1500. Garbage collection and cleanliness were average. Cultural events were celebrated regularly. The construction quality was good; there were no issues like seepage, and the plaster quality was also good.
Things need improvement
However, there was no power backup in the society, so power cuts were problematic. The lift would stop working, and we had to climb up to the 17th floor by stairs, which was very difficult. There was a gym available, but it wasn't allowed for residents who rented their apartments. There was a play area, but it wasn't well-maintained. The overall maintenance of the society was not good at all. There was no metro station nearby. The quality of roads was poor, leading to waterlogging issues during the rainy season. The nearest mall was 8 km away from the society. There was no swimming pool available in the society, and the clubhouse, although small, closed down after some time.

Maintenance appears to be well taken care of, with regular cleaning routines and timely garbage collection ensuring a tidy environment. The lack of restrictions also allows for a sense of freedom and autonomy in your daily life, which is important. Moreover, it's wonderful that the people in the community are friendly, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere overall. It sounds like a great place to call home!
Things need improvement
The absence of basic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, garden, or nearby park does pose a significant inconvenience for me. Having these amenities within the society or at least within a more reasonable distance would greatly enhance the quality of life here. I do feel that the society should consider adding these amenities to improve the overall living experience for residents.

Good things here
I am extremely satisfied with my housing society, especially the connectivity which is top-notch . The maintenance services are also very reliable, ensuring a clean and well-kept environment. The construction quality of the buildings is commendable, providing a sense of safety and durability. The amenities available are excellent , offering a range of facilities that cater to all my needs. Additionally, the people in the community are friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to live
Things need improvement
While my housing society has many positive aspects, there are a few areas that could be improved. Although the connectivity is excellent, and the maintenance is generally good, there is still room for better upkeep in certain areas. The construction quality is solid, but there are minor issues that could be addressed to reach perfection. The amenities are quite good. Yet adding a few more options would enhance the experience.

Good things here
Sharing autos are available near the society, which is conveniently located on the main road with good road conditions outside. Flats enjoy good ventilation, and water is accessible round-the-clock. Ample sunlight brightens the living spaces, and festivals are joyfully celebrated within the society.
Things need improvement
Tenants face numerous restrictions in the society, leading to a lack of freedom. Many flats suffer from leakage and seepage issues. The amenities, including the garden and gym, are subpar and poorly maintained. Cleanliness standards are also lacking. Additionally, the society's location on the main road contributes to noise disturbances.

Good things here
The people in our society are friendly and get along well, enjoying festive celebrations together. Bachelors are welcome here. We don't have any problems with leaks or dampness, and we always have water available. The society is kept clean and tidy, and we have nice facilities like a gym, playground, and garden. It's easy to find buses and auto-rickshaws nearby, and the roads outside are well-kept too.
Things need improvement
Parking within the society is limited for residents, with visitor parking available outside due to space constraints inside. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
The society is tidy, and the lifts are well looked after. Water is available all the time, and there's plenty of parking for residents. People here are friendly and helpful. The flats get good ventilation, and there are no problems with leaks or seepage. We have a gym and a play area in the society. There are no traffic problems, and the roads are in good shape. Auto-rickshaws are easy to find.
Things need improvement
The society lacks modern amenities like a swimming pool, garden, or clubhouse. Also, there's no dedicated parking for visitors inside the society; they have to park outside.

Good things here
Connectivity me metro , public transport sab available hai. Society saaf suthri rehti hai, with lifts & cctv cameras. Good gym & clubhouse are there. Children park is also there in society. No leakage/seepage issue is there.
Things need improvement
Overall the society is good with all things available but a major drawback is that there is no swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
The roads outside the society are in great condition, and traffic is not an issue. Autos and buses are easily accessible. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are high. There have been no water supply problems, even in the summer. The society is lush with greenery, and the residents are friendly and cooperative. All festivals are celebrated together. The society provides all modern amenities, and they are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There are no dislikes in the society; it is well-maintained, and everything is done on time. No improvements are needed whatsoever. I enjoy living here.

Good things here
I was living earlier in the mentioned society. Connectivity accha tha, auto cabs mil jata tha, roads were wide. Saaf safai accha tha, no waterlogging issues. Power supply , water supply was adequate. No seepage issues in my flat. Gym hai, children ke liye play garden hai. Parking area, Lifts, CCTV cameras all are positive points in the society. Open space tha kaafi society mein.
Things need improvement
There was no swimming pool & clubhouse in the society, these things were missing. No as such more issues to highlight about the society.
