The society is maintained and kept clean, hygiene is properly maintained. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Ample parking space is available. The construction quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Sunlight is received in my flat, ventilation is very good. Public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. CCTV is available and works properly. Security guards are available. Society is pet-friendly. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area for kids are available in the society as the society. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Road condition and street lights are also good. Lift is available and maintained properly. read more

I haven't encountered any issues in our society, and I don't feel that any improvements are necessary at this time. Occasionally, we do face some pipe fitting issues during construction, but I've found them to be manageable so far. read more
