The construction quality of our buildings is superb, with no issues related to seepage. Proper ventilation and high-quality plaster and fittings contribute to a healthy and pleasant living environment. Each resident has a designated parking space, and adherence to rules is strictly maintained to ensure order. Regular maintenance, including timely painting, keeps the society in top-notch condition. Garbage collection is conducted regularly, emphasizing cleanliness and sustainability. We enjoy uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. Modern amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, offering spaces for fitness and socializing. Our community is known for its friendly and cooperative neighbors who actively participate in celebrating each festival together, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie. For convenience, elevators are installed and consistently maintained. Security is a top priority, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards providing a safe living environment. Overall, our society combines excellent infrastructure, modern amenities, and a supportive community, making it an ideal place to call home

Additionally, a few flats have reported problems with termites, which can cause significant damage to property and compromise the structural integrity of the affected units. Addressing these issues is crucial for maintaining a healthy and comfortable living environment for all residents.

The well-lit roads and the society's location on the main road make commuting convenient and safe, even during the night. Having malls, markets, and grocery stores nearby simplifies daily errands and shopping trips. Additionally, the provision of allocated parking spaces ensures that parking is never a hassle for me. The presence of CCTV cameras and well-functioning lifts enhances security and convenience within the society. The reliable drainage system and uninterrupted mobile network coverage further add to the comfort of living here. The availability of various facilities and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids greatly enriches my living experience. For instance, the nearby metro station is still under construction, causing inconvenience for commuters. Another concern is the absence of a play area for kids, limiting recreational options for families. However, despite these challenges, everything else seems to be fine, and overall, it's a decent place to reside.

The society is maintained and kept clean, hygiene is properly maintained. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Ample parking space is available. The construction quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Sunlight is received in my flat, ventilation is very good. Public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. CCTV is available and works properly. Security guards are available. Society is pet-friendly. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area for kids are available in the society as the society. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Road condition and street lights are also good. Lift is available and maintained properly.
Things need improvement
I haven't encountered any issues in our society, and I don't feel that any improvements are necessary at this time. Occasionally, we do face some pipe fitting issues during construction, but I've found them to be manageable so far.

Most issues are resolved promptly when raised, and CCTV is installed throughout the premises, enhancing security. Security guards are also available to ensure safety. The lifts are functional and well-maintained. The construction quality of the society is good overall, although occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems may arise. Additionally, other facilities and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are available within the society. The residents are friendly, cooperative, and the atmosphere in the society is peaceful.

Unfortunately, the clubhouse is not maintained properly and often remains in a bad condition, rendering it non-functional at times. Additionally, the clubhouse has experienced issues with seepage and leakage. Similarly, the swimming pool is sometimes not functional.

The connectivity around there was awesome � we never had trouble finding auto rickshaws or buses when we needed them. And having enough parking space was a big plus! As for the bedrooms, they were really nice with plenty of sunlight and good ventilation, making them super cozy places to unwind.
Things need improvement
It's really unfortunate to hear about the discrimination between tenants and owners in the society. Despite paying charges for everything, tenants were still looked down upon and not treated with the same respect as owners. Even though there were amenities like a swimming pool, play area, and garden, tenants weren't welcomed to use them, which must have been really disheartening. And dealing with insufficient sunlight in the hall and poor water quality that required frequent cleaning of the bathrooms sounds like a real hassle. It's disappointing when living conditions don't live up to expectations.

The society is safe even at night, contributing to residents' peace of mind. Adequate parking space is available without any issues. Residents do not face any mobile network issues, ensuring seamless communication.

Bathroom fittings are not at all good as there are plumbing problems for which leakage in bathrooms happens a lot. Damps in rainy season are common. Window fittings are not good as rain water comes inside the rooms. Corridors are not cleaned on regular basis, maintenance is not upto the mark. Lifts are not cleaned and maintained properly. Lifts are very conjested. Sometimes water logging issues happen during rainy season.

The maintenance charges in our society are indeed quite high, which can be a concern for residents. Additionally, for those who work in offices, the lack of convenient transportation options, especially with no nearby metro station, can pose challenges. However, it's promising to know that construction for a metro station is underway
