Maintenance has been rather average lately, with cleaning requests needing multiple reminders. There have been frustrating arguments over maintenance prices and delays in getting issues resolved. It's disappointing to see people being treated differently and unclear rules and regulations regarding maintenance policies. security seems lacking, especially with the malfunctioning security app and no one monitoring entries. While there were initial problems with parking allotment, it's good to know they were promptly addressed. However, the absence of a swimming pool and park area is a downside, and it's unfortunate that the garden is locked. read more
