The maintenance of our society is something I've always appreciated. Garbage collection is done promptly, and cleanliness is consistently maintained, which adds to the overall pleasant living environment. I'm grateful for the good connectivity around our society. It's convenient to find public transport options like autos and cabs readily available, making commuting hassle-free. The proximity of schools, hospitals, and markets nearby further enhances the convenience of daily life. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the living conditions in our society, thanks to its efficient maintenance and convenient location.
Things need improvement
Traffic Management: Addressing traffic issues, especially during peak hours or due to construction work, is essential to improve the overall commuting experience for residents. Parking Facilities: The lack of sufficient parking space leads to parking issues, causing inconvenience to residents. Expanding parking facilities or implementing better management strategies could help alleviate this problem. Construction Quality: There are concerns about the construction quality of the flats, including inadequate ventilation and the use of weak materials. Improving construction standards and ensuring proper ventilation in the living spaces would enhance the quality of life for residents and ensure their safety and comfort. Lack of Amenities: The absence of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or garden deprives residents of recreational and fitness opportunities within the society. There are no reported problems regarding parking, and lifts are available and functioning properly. The society is well-maintained, with proper hygiene practices in place to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises. This contributes to a pleasant and healthy living environment for residents.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the impeccable standards of connectivity and transportation in this area. It's such a relief to have easy access to everything I need without any hassle. Plus, the well-maintained amenities are a cherry on top, making daily life so much more convenient and enjoyable. Knowing that water and electricity are available round the clock, without any leaks or seepage issues, brings me peace of mind. And the fact that the CCTV surveillance is operational adds an extra layer of security, making me feel even more comfortable in this neighborhood. Connectivity to autos, markets, and hospitals is convenient which makes daily commute very easy and smooth. Thankfully, there haven't been any issues with seepage or leakage.
Things need improvement
Maintenance has been rather average lately, with cleaning requests needing multiple reminders. There have been frustrating arguments over maintenance prices and delays in getting issues resolved. It's disappointing to see people being treated differently and unclear rules and regulations regarding maintenance policies. security seems lacking, especially with the malfunctioning security app and no one monitoring entries. While there were initial problems with parking allotment, it's good to know they were promptly addressed. However, the absence of a swimming pool and park area is a downside, and it's unfortunate that the garden is locked.

The people in the society are very nice and friendly, and various festivals are celebrated within the community. The construction of the society is well-done, with plenty of ventilated flats, and the connectivity is good, with schools, hospitals, and even a metro station nearby. The sports facilities are also well-maintained, with no issues like waterlogging, traffic congestion, or power cuts. Additionally, there are no problems regarding parking. Overall, the society�is�excellent.
Things need improvement
The society is quite old, so there are no amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, or garden. Additionally, there is a slight issue with water supply; sometimes, the water stops suddenly and doesn't come for several days, which is a problem. Other than that, there�are�no�issues.

Connectivity bohot accha hai society ka, location of society is in middle. Nava naroda area is in centre of the city. Commute karna bohot easy hai. BRTS paas mein hi hai, Hospital paas mein hi hai. Garbage time se collect and dispose hota hai. Construction is top notch with good ventilation in flats. No seepage issues. People acche hain helpful hain, parking choti hai lekin neighbours cooperate karke usmein ek dusre ki help karte hain. Park, play area is available. Temple is also under construction.
Things need improvement
Purani society hai isliye amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse nahi hain waha pe. Parking space is also not big enough as its an old built society.

The security is robust, thanks to the CCTV installations. The lifts are well-maintained for smooth operation. Cleanliness is consistently excellent, and residents benefit from round-the-clock water availability. Festivals are joyfully celebrated, fostering a sense of community among the residents who are known for their friendliness. The presence of a garden adds to the pleasant ambiance. Fortunately, there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Outside the society, the roads are in good condition, and autos are readily available, enhancing connectivity for residents.

There's a minor traffic issue near the society. However, it's worth noting that the society lacks modern amenities such as a gym or swimming pool.

Good things here
All the amenities are available and they are great. The gym, pool, and playground are well-maintained. Connectivity is perfect with easy access to public transport. The construction is solid and there are no issues. Maintenance is done on time and is okayis, keeping everything clean. The neighbourhood is nice and safe, with friendly people.
Things need improvement
Lift does not work smoothly, as breakdown is on a regular basis. Everything else is in excellent condition and there are no issues at all. Everything is perfect here.

Good things here
Elevated roads available, excellent connectivity. maintenance issues are addressed promptly. The construction quality is good. Celebrations are organized for every festival, neighbors are also good. No seepage, leakage or crack issues.
Things need improvement
Lift issues are frequently faced in the society, the elevator stops working entirely and it takes a lot of time to fix it. Preventive maintenance is done, but due to some technical issue the elevator was dysfunctional for a week. It caused a lot of hassle as there is only 1 lift in every building. The maintenance is Rs. 900 only as not many ameneties are available. Single basement for parking and only a kids play area. Parking is also a major issue. There is no allocated parking, and it is too congested. Visitor parking is outside the society.
