The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to my sense of safety and security. The connectivity is superb, with various public transport options readily available, and the roads are well-maintained. Regular garbage collection with proper waste segregation is a huge plus. Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby. Each resident enjoys designated parking, strictly regulated for fairness. Elevators are installed and meticulously maintained.
