Good things here
Living here is truly enjoyable because of the wonderful and supportive neighbors who always lend a helping hand in times of need. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to my sense of safety and security. The connectivity is superb, with various public transport options readily available, and the roads are well-maintained. Regular garbage collection with proper waste segregation is a huge plus. Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located nearby. Each resident enjoys designated parking, strictly regulated for fairness. Elevators are installed and meticulously maintained. The electricity and water supply are reliable, and the construction quality of the apartments is excellent, ensuring proper ventilation and high-quality fittings.
Things need improvement
Despite its many positives, there are some downsides to living here. The lack of a nearby metro station limits transportation options, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, issues like seepage and termite infestation need urgent attention. The absence of amenities is disappointing, and the high maintenance charges are a concern that needs to be addressed.

Good things here
Living here is really fulfilling. The connectivity is superb, with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs, and the well-maintained roads make commuting a breeze. Having schools and markets nearby adds to the convenience of daily life. The construction quality is outstanding, ensuring no issues like seepage or termites, and the apartments boast excellent ventilation and quality fittings. The society does a great job with regular garbage collection and segregation, and we enjoy reliable electricity and water supply. The neighbors are exceptionally friendly and kind, contributing to a warm community atmosphere, and the presence of CCTV cameras and security guards ensures safety.
Things need improvement
If there's one thing I wish we had, it would be amenities like a garden or play area for children. While everything else is highly satisfactory, the absence of these facilities is noticeable.

Good people with good nature around us, and everyone is extremely helpful, and the neighbourhood is also a good and greatest place to live. There is nothing wrong with society; everyone is nice. However, there is a parking issue.

Very well cared for. People are friendly here. The neighbours are pleasant. There are only just few flats on each floor, yet there are a lot of units. The neighbourhood is excellent. Shops and almost everything are easily accessible. The only issue is that there isn't enough parking.

This society is highly social. It is a housing society for families and bachelors. It has an excellent infrastructure and drainage systems. It has good road and transportation services. However, I don't like that there are no parks or gardens nearby.
